This Privacy Policy explains how Nolgrim AI Inc. ("Nolgrim AI", "we", "our") processes personal information when you visit nolgrim-ai.com, request a demo, or use the Nolgrim AI security platform.

Nolgrim AI is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and complies with applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), the EU GDPR for European users, and the CCPA/CPRA for residents of California.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact data: name, work email, company, role, and information you submit through our forms.
  • Product usage data: logs, telemetry and configuration metadata generated by use of the platform.
  • Device & technical data: IP address, browser, OS and similar diagnostic information.
  • Customer data: prompts, responses and policy events processed strictly on behalf of our customers under contract.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, secure and improve our services; to respond to inquiries; to provide customer support; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We do not use customer prompts or responses to train foundation models.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only with vetted subprocessors (cloud infrastructure, observability, support tooling), with customers' own administrators where applicable, and when required by law. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.

5. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Customers control retention windows for tenant data through the platform.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nolgrim-ai.com.

7. International Transfers

Information may be processed in Canada, the United States and the European Union. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
