Which models does Nolgrim AI support?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Meta Llama, Cohere, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and any self-hosted model with an OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

How long does integration take?

Most teams are inspecting traffic within 30 minutes using our drop-in proxy or SDK. Full policy tuning typically takes 1–2 weeks with our solutions engineers.

Do you offer onboarding assistance?

Business and Enterprise plans include guided onboarding with a dedicated solutions engineer, environment review and policy template setup.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Please follow our responsible disclosure process. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours.

Where is customer data stored?

Customer data is stored in the region you select: Canada (default), United States, or European Union. Enterprise plans support custom regions and self-hosted deployments.
